Dr. Dharam Tayal, D.D.S.
Dr. Dharam Tayal began his dental career in India, where he received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) at the prestigious Government Dental College and Hospital in Amritsar. Soon after, he traveled to the United States, where he received his Master of Science (M.S.) from State University of New York at Buffalo. Finally, Dr. Tayal attended the New York University College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) and graduated with Honors in Esthetics. Since graduation, Dr. Tayal’s career in both dentistry and cosmetic dentistry has taken him to many offices in both the U.S. and abroad.
He has over eight years of experience, including several offices around New England. He also serves as President of Wave Dental Group (an association that owns and manages multiple dental offices) since 2013.
Dr. Tayal is also an active member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Tayal’s impressive education and career history make him one of the top dental professionals – but that’s not the only reason we are thrilled to have him at Strategic Dental. He is also a dentist with a real sense of compassion for others. He is dedicated to providing his patients with quick, pain-free, and thorough care. He stays up to date on the latest and greatest dental cosmetic procedures (he is even an Invisalign-certified dentist) and works tirelessly to create the most beautiful smiles on every face he sees.
He also works hard to create a comforting environment for all his patients; he speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi fluently and is happy to do what it takes to make his patients feel at ease during their appointments. When he is not in the office, Dr. Dharam Tayal enjoys traveling, hiking, and photography, as well as learning new languages and working on various software programs.

Dr.Clarina Garcia, D.D.S.
Dr. Clarina Garcia had been in dentistry for several years. She graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic as Doctor of Dental Surgery . She came to the United States and continued her dental education, completing her Post-Graduate Clinical Residency at Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine , and completing her graduate Fellowship Hospital Residency at The Presbyterian Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Garcia is fluent in both English and Spanish, with great interpersonal skills and manners.
Dr. Garcia is fully trained and qualified providing comprehensive oral care to patients all ages and is constantly participating in continuing education to master her profession. Dr. Garcia approaches her patients with empathy and compassion, setting them at ease with kindness and humor. Skilled at patient communication, she enjoys connecting with her patients, guiding them through the treatment process, and watching their self-confidence improve along with their smiles.
Happily married with two children, Dr. Garcia loves to be outdoors with her family, whether riding bicycles or traveling. She also feels strongly about giving back and helping the underserved and has participated in various dental outreach programs in the Dominican Republic.
Diana, Office Manager
Diana was born in Colombia and moved to Orlando when she was 15 years old
Went to school for Healthcare Administration but developed a passion for Dentistry and graduated as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant specializing in Pediatrics and Oral surgery. She quickly escalated to lead and management positions and have been in the dental industry for almost 17 years.
Diana has volunteered in several mission trips delivering healing and healthy smiles to disadvantaged children in selected countries. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, traveling the world, paddleboarding, visiting the Disney theme parks and exploring new restaurants.
Andreina, Dental Hygienist
Understanding the dynamic nature of the dental field, Adreina Soto actively engages in continuing education courses and stays connected with professional networks. This commitment to ongoing learning ensures that Adreina Soto remains at the forefront of industry trends and is equipped to deliver the highest quality of care to Her patients.
Adreina Soto earned her Bachelor of Science in Dentistry from University of Zulia Venezuela 2007, where she developed a strong foundation in dental science, preventive care, and patient education. She is a licensed dental hygienist in the USA, maintaining compliance with all state regulations.
Adreina Soto’s responsibilities include conducting thorough oral examinations, performing dental cleanings, and providing personalized oral hygiene instructions to patients of all ages. She is well-versed in the latest dental technologies and stays abreast of advancements in the field to ensure the highest standard of care.
Known for her compassionate and empathetic approach, Adreina Soto is committed to making each patient’s dental visit a positive and educational experience. She takes the time to educate patients about the importance of oral health and collaborates with them to create personalized home care plans that promote long-term wellness.

Samuel Navarro holds a Bachelor of Science in Dentistry from University of Zulia, Venezuela with 10years of experience. Dental Hygiene in USA , and is a licensed and certified dental hygienist with for 4years of experience. Known for Samuel Navarro warm chairside manner, Samuel Navarro takes pride in creating a comfortable environment for patients of all ages. He excels in conducting thorough dental cleanings, oral assessments, and developing personalized hygiene plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Aimee, Dental Receptionist
A friendly and talented receptionist, Aimee has been with our practice since February of 2021. She is focused on greeting patients with the utmost respect and friendliness, and she enjoys the excitement of helping patients achieve their smile goals. From the moment you call our office to the moment you leave, you will always experience Aimee’s excited and energetic nature. She loves getting to know our patients and will always make you feel at home.
In her free time Aimee spends most of her days writing short novels or sightseeing Orlando with her husband. You may also find her walking around Avalon with her huskies, Khloe and Skye.
Lexi, Dental Assistant
Lexi one of our dental assistants, she is a very kind, transparent, and humble person with an uplifted attitude in every instance. With her humorous demeanor and nurturing tone she makes sure no one’s feelings go unnoticed. Lexi was in dental offices very frequently as a child for her own journey with orthodontic therapy and wants to give other patients the best experience possible just as she had growing up. Her goal is to put a smile on your face!
In her free time she enjoys time with her blended family, being the middle child of one of seven children, her family always keeps her on her toes, you can always guess where she is!
Haley, Dental Assistant
Haley is a compassionate dental assistant dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. With a warm chairside manner, Haley strives to make each patient's visit a positive experience. Committed to supporting the dental team with a positive attitude, teamwork and a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
Outside of work Haley loves spending time outdoors with her family. She also has a fish, two dogs and a cat!
